Lily Rabe
American actress Lily Rabe. Her numerous roles on the FX horror series American Horror Story (2011-2021) are her most well-known. The show was nominated for the Tony Award as Best Actress in a Play for her role in The Merchant of Venice. Her film credits include What Just Happened (2008), All Good Things (2010) and Pawn Sacrifice (2014), Miss Stevens (2016), Golden Exits (2017), Vice (2018), Fractured (2019) and The Tender Bar (2021). Rabe has also been seen on TV in The Whispers (2015) and The Undoing (2020), The Underground Railroad (2021) as well as The First Lady (2022). Rabe was in Never Again with her mother Jill Clayburgh. She made her professional stage debut, again opposite her mother at the Gloucester Stage Company in Massachusetts. She was part of two one-act plays: Speaking Well of the Dead by Israel Horovitz as well as The Crazy Girl by Frank Pugliese. The roles allowed her to confer her Equity Card. In July 2003 she appeared in Proof by David Auburn at the Gloucester Stage Company. In the same year she appeared in Mona Lisa Smile. Following graduation, she moved back to New York. Deirdre played in White Jesus from September 29 until October 2, 2004 one of a variety of one-act plays performed by The Democracy Project at The Naked Angels Theater Company.
